Absolutely super! We'll be back!

The villa was absolutely fabulous and Stuart and his family ensured our stay was perfect. We had safety gates for the toddlers, the cleaners did a great job and we only had to pop to the office for some advice about where to go. We found the development very quiet and easy to get to. It felt safe and very maintained. We had 4 children aged from 3 - 8 and the villa suited us perfectly. The pool and gardens are super.

“Beautiful villa that really made our holiday”

We loved the villa which was very private and on a very smart estate. It was very well equipped and we were told that it had been the owners home previously so it had many personal touches. Stuart the estate manager could not have been more helpful recommending local places to visit and eat which was so helpful and the owner bent over backwards to ensure we had a fantastic stay when we booked. We thoroughly recommend this villa if you want to stay in Koh Samui!

“Lovely villa and excellent service”

We planned a holiday to Koh Samui at the last minute and literally booked this villa 24 hours before boarding the plane to Thailand. Stuart was available the entire visit to offer help and advice and could not have been friendlier. The service was great from start to finish. The villa is just as shown in the photos and well equipped, especially if you have younger children. It has a highchair and baby cot and . aving a washing machine is a big plus. The only thing we missed having was a hairdryer. The patio, pool and garden area are very peaceful and beautifully landscaped. You do need a car if you stay here. Our first night we felt we were far from things but once we had the car we realised it is a very quick trip to get to Mae Nam and beyond and nice to return at the end of the day to the peace and quiet of the villa. We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the responsive friendly service.

“Ideal family holiday accommodation”

I cannot fault the experience we had staying at Baan Timbalee. The house and pool was perfect for what we look for in holiday accommodation. We choose to rent a house over staying in a resort as we like the privacy, space and value for money. This house ticked all the boxes for us, spacious rooms and kitchen, with modern, comfortable decor. The pool and garden area was great with our two children aged 9 & 7. The Property Manager Stuart was excellent at providing local knowledge on restaurants, tours, supermarkets etc. I would recommend hiring a car as the property is set back from the ring road. The location of this property also suited us as we liked being away from the main tourist beaches, but still close enough to great resturants. We had a fantastic family holiday in Koh Samui and staying at Baan Timablee with the friendly welcoming staff helped make it a special time.

Great place to relax and to enjoy the tropics. We really enjoyed our two weeks here - with our two daughters. Nice rooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great pool and a calm and relaxing garden. Maenam is just over 2 km away with a small, but nice infrastructure and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!

“home away from home for small kids”

We rented this villa for 14 days over the xmas/ new year period with our 2 children (10 yrs / 15 mths) and were not dissappointed. The unit was presented exactly as the photos depict. A car or scooter is a must (we hired a vehicle which came with a baby seat). The location of the villas is a short distance to restaurants at MaeNam and BoPhut. We had a great meal/time at The Five Islands restaurant down the west coast 40 mins drive so much so we went back for a sunset meal. The villa is well cared for and the frequency of cleaning/refreshing towel/linen was perfect for us. A big thank you to the English villa manager for his local knowledge on where to go etc.etc We had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa especially for those with babies/toddlers as it is all there and is a real home away from home.

"Best Vacation for us ever !!"

I would strongly recommend this for families. I think our children would have loved to stay there and swim everyday and nothing else and thought it was a great vacation. The English manager there at the place was very helpful and helped us get tours that the children loved. We really appreciated this very much and loved that he spoke English. Our flight was canceled and the next one was delayed 2 hrs and we couldn't get our phones to work but the minivan was still waiting for us at Ko Samui airport and we made it. The beaches were nice and not very crowded. We had friends that stayed in a hotel and had a great time but they shared the pool with other people and had to go out and watch the kids swim. We we're able to sit right there at the house and watch ours swim when they wanted. The optional fence around the pool made it so they could play outside and we weren't worried that they would fall in or get in without us knowing. It was a vacation for relaxing and spending time with the family.
