Most guests do not require air conditioning to the lounge/diner, but this can be provided at an additional cost of 500 baht per day if required.

Located to the side of the villa is a further outdoor Thai kitchen with granite work tops, cold water sink and gas hob, which is ideal for preparing meals for al fresco dining in the private open air dining sala. A gas fired barbecue is also available.

The feature master bedroom suite has a ceiling mounted fan, as well as air conditioning, walk in wardrobe/dressing room with bolted in security safe and an ultra spacious private en suite bathroom with double corner bath, toilet and "His and Hers" basins, stone wall carving in the Angkor Wat style, and private outdoor walk-in Balinese shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have air conditioning and ceiling fans, fitted open fronted wardrobes and are linked by their shared bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, wash basin and toilet. These rooms have a private entry hall off the main lounge to maintain privacy.

The large plot in which the villa is set has been extensively landscaped with a selection of local flowers, shrubs and trees, providing an ideal habitat for birds and butterflies, as well as a selection of local fruit bearing trees, and includes a feature Thai style dining sala set over the villa's ornamental lotus and fish pond. This looks over the infinity edge swimming pool to the house both of which can be lit at night, with the lush green hillsides of Samui behind. The sala is furnished with a dining table and four chairs in the local Thai style, has lighting, ceiling fan and electric sockets, is open on all sides to the natural breezes, and makes the perfect setting for a romantic candle lit dinner. It also makes a quiet getaway during the day, as it nestles within the its own foliage, and is a perfect place for watching local bird and butterfly life, but is close enough to the house to be able to use the wireless internet. The owner says that it is his favourite part of the house.

The overflow swimming pool is approx 70 sq.m in size and 12 metres long, and has tiled steps leading into the water. The depth of the pool is a constant 1.4 metres, allowing it to be used both for exercise and relaxation.

An outdoor pool shower is situated to one side of the terrace.An additonal breakfast/dining set with four chairs is provided on the extensive pool terrace, together with a set of sun loungers. This makes the perfect place for a relaxed alfresco breakfast.
