Time passes and we are now a few months back at home. But we do not forget the special time at Samran Gardens. The beautiful house, the large pool, the peacefulness and many kind of other things, it was really the most relaxing holiday we have ever had! A special thanks to Ray for the great services!

Bonjour moi et mon mari avons passer presque 3semaines la bas et nous avons été très satisfait de notre las bas la villa est sublime la résidence est magnifique on s'y sent très bien et en sécurité la résidence se trouve dans un quartier très calme et il y a tout a proximité c'est un endroit très relaxant , je le conseil a tout les couples et familles qui veulent passer des vacances en toutes intimité j'ai vraiment apprécier mon séjour et si je pourrais je reviendrais sans hésiter.
le personnel très acceuillant et nous avons été très satisfait d'eu nous remercions toute l'équipe car nous avons été plus que ravie d'avoir passer nos vacances a samran je le recommande a tout le monde vous n'aller vraiment pas etre déçu.

We have stayed in this fabulous villa three times (twice this year) and have booked again next Easter.

The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could ever want on a holiday and has the largest pool on the development.

There is also a double cab pick-up truck available for hire with this villa which has proved ideal for me, my wife and our 3 kids.

Stuart, Ray and Aa are extremely helpful and attentive.

My family have fallen in love with Koh Samui and we will return whenever we can.

Baan Ma Prao Oon - July, 2011

We have been back just over a week from Baan Ma Prao Oon villa and already missing it. The accommodation was family orientated and homely and quite modern. We used the pool and facilities almost every day. We have a 2 year old and 5 month old, I was originally concerned that there was no pool gate, however the design of the door locks provided excellent security so that our two year old couldn’t escape! The rooms were roomy and luxurious with king sized beds!! My 5 month old loved her portable cot as she could roll around in it (mosquito net was also beneficial). Ray was truly *** and accommodating in every way, we had a least 20 e mails prior to arriving in Koh Samui. The Gym was state of the art. All bedrooms had air con, could probably use an air con if we were to be picky in the living area. The pool and house was cleaned mid stay.

Maenam had wonderful eateries and really cheap, the walking market was the best we went to out of several. Seaview was a beautiful meal, and delivered to us on the last night as the rental car needed to go back! Yes you do need a car! No need to fear as the local Thais drove slow and were quite courteous. All and all a wonderful time had by all 7 of us, weather was perfect and we wished we stayed two weeks not one. It truly was a beautiful country, food and people. Thanks so much,

Thanks for the email and thank you so very much for everything. We had a great trip and were very, very happy with everything. We were delighted with the villa which was better than we had expected. This was our sixth trip to Koh Samui and I can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed. The development has a very relaxed feel to it, where we felt very welcomed and not a tourist being processed.

Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly and I think your service was fantastic. So thanks so very much for making it such a good holiday and hopefully you will still be there when we return next year.

Baan Bai Tong - Easter 2011

We have recently returned from our second stay at Baan Bai Tong and once again had a fabulous time and have already booked the same Villa for next year.

The location, villa and Stuart and Ray who run the place were, as always, great and I would recommend it to anyone – just don’t try and book the weeks we want!!

We are a family of 4 with 2 children currently 9 and 11 and we all absolutely love Samui and find Samran Gardens an ideal place to stay.

Samran Gardens is a gated compound with electric gates on its main entrances. The villas are positioned around a small office and gym.

The villa we stayed in had covered parking for 2 cars and room for at least 1 other on the drive.

The villas are quite close together although due to the lush gardens surrounding them you have relative privacy. The gardens are all well maintained throughout the complex.

Villa

The villa was incredibly roomy with a very large lounge / dining area. We actually had to move the dining table into the middle of the room to make the place seem smaller!

The villa was tastefully decorated throughout and the quality of the fixtures and fittings are first rate. It felt more like a show home than a holiday rental and we could quite easily have moved in permanently.

The kitchen was fully equipped will all of the items that we needed during our stay and the provision of a large fridge freezer was a plus. All the usual items, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. were present.

The master bedroom was very large with a walk in wardrobe / dressing room which proved very popular with my wife.

We also enjoyed the novelty of both an indoor and outdoor shower on the master bedrooms on suite bathroom.

There were 2 further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and another toilet in the entrance hallway.

Air conditioning was available in all the bedrooms as well as the main lounge / dining area and kitchen, although we often just used the fans that were on the ceilings in each room.

The villa was very tidy on arrival and whilst there were a few gaps in the cleaning regime, the cleaners did a very good job.

Pool

The pool was a very good size and the water was crystal clear unlike many of the pools I have used in Europe which are full of chemicals and often cloudy. It also was cleaned on a regular basis not that it seemed to need much.

There is no shallow end to the pool so perhaps not ideal for very small children but excellent for older children and adults.

There is also a nice shaded seating area by the poolside with very comfortable furniture including wicker sun loungers.

The outdoor area also had ceiling mounted fans which were useful to keep the temperature down when sitting outside in the evening and also helped keep the mosquitoes away.

Staff

We found the Stuart and Ray who run the place very friendly and approachable and they were able to give us some good pointers on where to go and a few things to watch out for.

If there were any issues with the villa or if we have any questions they always ready to help and we able to organise car hire, babysitters and transfers to and from the airport.

Baan Sansuk - July, 2011

My family and friends stayed in Baan Sansuk earlier this year, We don't think we could have found a nicer place to stay, the villa is outstanding with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool is beautiful also, really making for a peacful and fun setting.
Also the villa manager was very helpful with arrangements regarding tours, car hire and anything else that you require for your holiday.
I am sure we would stay there again the next time we return to Koh Samui.

Baan Banyan, 1st - 17th March 2011

What a great find! This lovely villa really did tick all the boxes for our wonderful stay - luxurious, spacious, every mod con, great pool and so so peaceful. Being on the edge of the jungle, we loved the garden wildlife too, apart from a particularly loud bird! We were spoiled!

We arrived back in Germany and are very glad that everything turned out so safely for us......compared to many, many other people affected by the weather during this time.

Thanks very much for your help and information. We are very glad that you advised us not to go to the airport on this Tuesday and stay an extra day or so.

So we were fine in this beautiful villa. Also without electricity on the island for the last 2 days of the holiday it was not so bad to have this experience. Now we appreciate all this comfort we have at home much more.

Please give our best regards to the owner and thanks to him for not charging us for the extra day due to the airport being closed, this really was very nice of him.

We hope there will be no rain again like this time for you, we saw it was a very extreme situation but the villa and your project was so good and we felt really fine and safe there,

"Baan Timbalee" - August, 2011

We had the most amazing time whilst on Samui not least of all because we got married but also because we had a beautiful house to stay in. Everything was just perfect and Stuart was such a big help and dealt and explained everything perfectly. My husbands family were also staying at Samran Gardens in the Sanbonani villa and they had a fab time too. I can honestly say that we felt like we were in a home and not just a place to stay. My family who live on Koh Phangan came to visit on the morning of our wedding and they too thought the house was amazing. We thank you for your email and hope this answers your questions. I understand it must be a huge thing to rent out your house and we hope everyone who stays there enjoys and respects it as much as we did. We stayed in Baan Timbalee in September 2010 and yes I was very impressed with this villa, it offered everything my wife and I required especially for our children.The owners where so thoughtful they even left beach toys and books for our children to play with, it really makes all the difference to arrive in a villa that is like home. Other villas we have hired are always bare, but this place is great and we will be back.

Well just a note to follow up our holiday, our 4 stay now in Samran Gardens, we had such a good time, loved the house and surroundings too. So sorry we just did not have time to drop in on our departure, but you know how it is, last minute stuff to do etc etc.
It was so good to see more tourists in the area than on our previous trip, so let's hope it continues for you all, and the recession is less biting than it was.

It was so hard coming back to the cold and wearing all the thick clothing again, how I loathe it, but at least the snow is away thank goodness.
