"Baan Sansuk" - Grande De Luxe Villa
Baan Sansuk is set up for guests wishing to be independent and free to plan meals and catering as they wish.
The management service team provide housekeeping and linen and towel changes every 4 th day of the guests stay.
The accommodation comprises of a large air conditioned living room/dining room,, with comfortable corner sofa suite, large 6 seater dining table, large LCD flat screen television, and home cinema system with DVD player, and open plan fully fitted kitchen with central breakfast bar/work island, all with granite worktops, walk in utility room with Siemens front loading washing machine, Siemens dishwasher and ironing board and iron. Standard kitchen equipment of microwave oven, convection oven, 4 ring gas hob, coffee filter machine, food blender, rice cooker, and kettle are provided.
Located to the side of the villa is a further outdoor Thai kitchen with granite work tops, cold water sink and gas hob, which is ideal for preparing meals for al fresco dining in the private open air dining sala.
The feature master bedroom suite has a ceiling mounted fan, as well as air conditioning, walk in wardrobe/dressing room with bolted in security safe and an ultra spacious private en suite bathroom with outsize corner bath, toilet and "His and Hers" basins, stone wall carving and private outdoor walk-in Balinese shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have air conditioning and ceiling fans, fitted open fronted wardrobes and are linked by their shared bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, wash basin and toilet and have private entry hall, ensuring privacy from the main lounge.
The large plot in which the villa is set has been extensively landscaped with a selection of local flowers, shrubs and trees, providing an ideal habitat for birds and butterflies, and includes a feature Thai Style Dining Sala set above the villa's ornamental Lotus pond with a pleasant outlook to the infinity edge swimming pool and house which can both be lit at night, with the lush green hillsides of Samui behind. The sala is furnished with a dining table and four chairs in the local Thai style, and has lighting and ceiling fan, and is open on all sides for the natural breezes.
The overflow swimming pool is approx 70 sq.m in size and has tiled steps leading into the water. The depth of the pool is a constant 1.4 metres.
An outdoor pool shower is situated to one side of the terrace.
For guests comfort a breakfast/dining set with four chairs is provided on the extensive pool terrace, together with a set of sun loungers. Further easy carry chairs and sun loungers are available for the beach, if required.
