The villa accommodation comprises of 2 double guest bedrooms with shared bathroom, 3 rd shower room and w/c a feature master bedroom suite with fully fitted walk in wardrobe and dressing room with built in security safe, en suite bathroom with bath tub, glazed shower cubicle, matching sinks and an additional external Balinese style shower. Fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances incl. dishwasher.
Rotating ceiling fans are fitted throughout the living area and terraces.

Conditions and exclusions of Long Term Rental Rates
For Long Term rates to apply, a minimum booking of three (3) months
is required.
Signed landlord/tenancy contract required prior to occupation,
stipulating all details of payments, services etc.
Payment of two (2) months rental plus one (1) month security
deposit required prior to occupation
Payment methods thereafter will be confirmed in the rental contract after
discussion and agreement between tenant and landlord.
Two months notice is required on either side to vacate the property
Electric and Water bills payable by the tenant at the end of each
month.
Telephone charges and calls payable by the tenant.
All laundering of the villa towels and bed linen are the
responsibility of the tenant during the length of the contract
(a washing machine is provided)
We are sorry to inform you that no pets are allowed.
Smoking is restricted to the terraces or outside. No smoking inside
the villa
Maximum occupancy of six (6) person incl. children.
Tenants Personal effects are not covered under the villa insurance
policy.
The villa is for residential purposes only.
The site is a quiet and peaceful location and the privacy and comfort
of all residents must be respected at all times Villa Facilities and Services
